Refusing to admit negligence -Raceview Motors
I bought a Nissan Murano 2010 From Raceview Motors 25/10/2018. The Nissan was sold to me with different size tires front and back. Because its an all wheel drive, this cause severe damage to the transmission case and rear diff. R50000.00 damage and replacing the wrong tires. I drove the car for 14000 km before the damage accord. RVM refuse to repair my Nissan Murano

As per our discussions with your regarding this issue, Raceview Motors confirm that when you took delivery of the vehicle in October 2018, you had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and voice any problems at the time of delivery - which you did not - and you signed all documentation that you were happy with the vehicle. Unfortunately the 6 months warranty we offer, has expired over a year ago.
