I purchased a kia Sorento from this dealer about 7 months ago, since week one of owning this vehicle i have been struggling with the dealer about problems on the car. I have been in constant battle with them, and they just don't seem to care about this problem, or their clients, i have phoned the salesperson, workshop manager and i have dried to phone the dealer principal, but still cant seem to sort this out. Out of the 7 months that i have had this car, it has been in the workshop for 3 of the months. I have never had such terrible service from a car dealer in my life.
