Raceview Motors

I was sold a QWM H5 2.0 VGT by Leslie Maele on July 2017, I was assured that the vehicle had no current or prior issues which I took on good faith. A few months, roughly three months after I had bought this car I started having gearbox issues at which point I took the car in for repairs (at the dealership repair shop). My warranty plan, Impact Warranty paid a certain portion of the cost and I paid the rest to get the gearbox fixed. The car has been laying in their garage from then until now and instead of the issue being fixed I'm being told about additional problems that didn't exist when I initially took it in.

I need help to get this matter fixed because I've spent thousands upon thousands of rands to no avail while I'm standing carless for 11 months listening to excuses that just add to the already high cost of getting this car fixed.

Raceview Motors, GWM Alberton branch has let me down tremendously and cost me a lot of money and a massive headache.

Good day Sir - After further investigation into this matter it was discovered that your vehicle reached our workshop from a different supplier with all the gearbox parts in a box in the vehicle.  We then contacted your warranty supplier - Impact - and they towed the vehicle to Bosh AAI.  We suggest you liaise with your warranty supplier Impact for further information.  Raceview Motors/GWM Alberton Service Centre did not work on your vehicle.  Thank you Raceview Motors
