poor service

Hi i bought a second hand bmw 2011 model vehicle last year August 2020 from raceview motors. I thought all was well until the car started giving me problems. First it was the engine mountings, I reported the matter, the company tried to fix the problem, but the shaking continued after I fetched the car I took it back to have it fixed then I was given litres of oil and was told that I should get a gear box company that will change the oil. I asked them why I should be the one taking the oil, I took it anyway cause I didnt want to fight or argue. I reported the matter to higher authorities in the company the car was taken again and I was told that it was fixed and the engine cleaned. I took the vehicle myself to a bmw car dealer, those people stripped the engine and showed me the real problem, the car was not serviced and that caused oil to dry up and the engine is not turning. I'm so disappointed with this company Haval Alberton. Their service is poor and they lie to customers. It is clear to me that when they gave me the litres of oil, Haval alberton and workers knew what the real problem was with the vehicle, unfortunately I am the victim that is sitting with a problem. I would suggest that people think twice when purchasing used vehicles from the above mentioned company.
