Poor service and damaged to vehicle

On Thursday 14 June 2018 deliverd my Scorpio for a 90000km service ,on receipt of my scorpio I now have a major vibration and hum noise ,Contacted the service advisor and complained and asked whether it was safe driving my scorpio she advised that she will ask the workshop manger to phone me .Up to today Monday 18 June 2018 still know phone call .nevertheless 4hours later still no phone call I contacted the dealership where I originaly bought the vehicle Mahindra Randfontein who advise me that I should drive very carefully as it might be my axle or even worse sounds like no oil in axle .Very concerned as to level of service and safety an care given to our vechiles .p
