Non existent customer service
I have a serious serious problems with the car that was purchased from you. I took delivery of the vehicle on 08 November 2018, on 05 December 2018 the vehicle broke down. The vehicle at my cost was sent to you on a rollback on the same day. I was told that it is most likely a gearbox issue but they would investigate further. I was only informed in January through my continuous phoning that the vehicle is at some "gearbox specialist". We then only received the vehicle back on the 19 February 2019. As you can see a very very long time!!! Further to this we received the vehicle back with a cracked/broken windscreen and the passenger side bubble broken! We requested for this to be attended to and we got told to take delivery until they/raceview resolves the matter. We then drove the vehicle until the 26 February 2019, when it broke down again. Up until today ( 07 March 2019) I have still not received the vehicle back. I got told that this time its the crank pulley that's broken and low and behold another gearbox problem! At the time of sending it back for the second time I told your workshop manager that I think that Raceview Motors should rather make me a deal (take the vehicle back at a rate close to the original purchase price or something that we could mutually agree to) with another vehicle (which again I would buy cash) use this KIA as trade and I would pay the difference. I have spoken to Trevor on numerous occasions since 19 Feb 2019 and he keeps telling me that he has spoken to the dealer principle and that someone would get back to me shortly. Obviously customer service is none existent at Raceview Motors, so I have still had no phone call. So now I request a full refund of the vehicle by close of business 08 March 2019, or I will take the matter further legally. I hope you take me serious
Thank you
