Mis-Selling of Free Insurance

I bought my car Chery Tiggo7 in January and part of the deal was free insurance for 6months. I have been doing a follow up and about this insurance story and to this date I have not heard any constructive feedback.

It is really annoying to always follow up on this. I need to know if this will be sorted or not so I can take it further for mis-selling.

6months later and no free insurance. What a horrible service and mis-selling point and I have been patient enough about this
