Extremely bad service and customer relations from Raceview Alberton

Good day. I bought a Haval H2 from Raceview Motors in February 2019. Since I drove out of the showroom, I had problems with 1st and 2nd gear. I have mentioned this for the past 5 years. With every annual Service, I have mentioned the gear problem. Just to hear that nothing is wrong. Now in year 6, when the warranty and maintenance plan have expired, now suddenly I am told that the clutch had to be replaced. After the replacement which cost us R 28000, the vehicle is even worse. I took it back 1 week later, which is now 1 week and 1 day later, nothing has been done on my vehicle and I have received 1 message, update or phone call from the so called Raceview Service Centre. Absolutely frustrating, pathetic and unprofessional Service from Raceview Motors in Alberton.
