I had the pleasure of interacting with Moses Mayisa when I contacted Cherry in Alberton. From the start, Moses went above and beyond to assist me. I was undecided between the Tiggo 7 and the Tiggo 7 Pro Max. Moses never pressured me to choose the more expensive option; instead, he assured me that based on my experience, I would likely prefer the Pro Max. Moses brought the car to my home for a test drive and took me to the dealership to explore all the options. He was never rushed and always spent ample time with me. He even repeated the entire process when I brought my wife in to test drive the options. Again, he was patient and attentive, dropping what he was doing to guide us.Moses also helped with the trade-in, securing an additional R20,000 for my old car. He introduced me to his manager, Nicole, who was equally wonderful—kind, caring, and professional.While Moses couldn't deliver the car as quickly as we wanted, he arranged for a courtesy vehicle for us to use in the meantime.
