Effortless, Seamless and Efficient

I just want to comment Tiaan for a turnaround in the service experience I have recieved today.

After a horrific experience when my bakkie needed repairs, today was an absolute pleasure.

I was helped nearly immediately. My bakkie was basically nearly booked in prior to my arrival.

I just signed the necessary documentation and left my bakkie there.

This afternoon I went to pick up my bakkie, as per my request everything was checked and repaired as per my list. I paid and got into my bakkie to go home.

Effortless and seamless process. If one gets the basic processes right everything else is an added bonus.

Thank you Tiaan for making my customer experience, effortless, seamless and efficient.

Trust the relevant management will notice this when a review for a salary increase is considered.
