drop off no pick up

I called in to book for service and was welcomed. Went in on the day and all went well, I was dropped off and work. Later received a call that my vehicle is ready for collection. I then said the driver should ring me when he is outside. To my shock the caller said "which driver?" to which I responded " which ever will be collecting me" He proceeded to say I will not be collected because they do not collect people. To my annoyance I questioned why this was not said when the lady was accepting my booking as well as on the morning when I dropped of the vehicle. He did not respond to that but rather said I must tell him when I will be collecting the vehicle. He further sang to me their trading hours.

I had to incur additional cost to collect the vehicle of which was not budget for. This is absolutely disgusting! Why are they not transparent about this. I would have rather waited to my dealership to have space the upcoming week than to be ridiculed in this manner. NO consideration what so ever on their part, just taking in vehicles for stats. He refused to arraged with my dealership to collect me and kept annoying me by demanding a time that I would collect the vehicle. SEE ME NO MORE AND THAT PLACE. I WOULD RATHER CHEW GLASS THAN USE THEM AGAIN!!!
