Dissatisfied customer(Sold a Haval H6C with worn out brakes)

Hi would like to give my dissatisfaction with the way Haval Raceview handled this issue we bought a used Haval H6C, initially we wanted a brand new jolion but the sales guy Lasely managed to convince us to take this car due to the jolion being out of stock last year November 2021 in good faith we bought the car with the upcoming service in few kilometers to come. So today (2022.01.05) we took the car for service we were told that the brake pads are worn out for for crying out loud we have have not driven this car to to wear down the brake pads. And now we are being told that we to have to pay for the brake pads we did not damage, we've owned this car for month and two weeks.

They dont even initiate atleast we should go 50/50 since its a month old to us. We've not even driven over 2000 kilometers on this car

Very disappointed, why would they sell cars that are out break pads i feel cheated. People must just avoid buying used cars at this dealer.
