CAR TROUBLE

I bought a BMW 520 series at Raceview Motors in September 2020. Nedbank is the one that is financing me. When I took a car after doing all the legalities I was not given the record book for the car, which is very strange because the record book was supposed to be given to me. On the 24th November 2020 the car had electrical problems and I reported the problem to Raceview Motors and I was told to inform my insurance company to come and collect the car to bring it to them. I phoned Dotsure which is my insurance company. Dotsure came to collect the car and took it to BMW. The car was diagnosed at BMW, A gentleman by the name of Francois sent me a quotation for repairing the car and he also asked for the record book of the car. Raceview Motors did not respond when asked for the record book. Recently (May 2021) the car had a problem with a gearbox and it is standing as I cannot use it anymore. I want Raceview Motors to take back their car and I want to cancel my deal with the bank. Hope that I was clear in explaining my problem. Please assist me in this regard.
