Brand New Mahindra - Cannot be repaired for use.

Purchased vehicle June 2018, had full services - plus minus 16 000km White smoke started to appeared so the car was taken to Race View Motors on the 4th June (Mahindra Service department) I was given a loan vehicle to use in the meantime, my business is reliant on this vehicle being in working order, the loan vehicle however I could not use for my business as it did not have a tow bar.

The car was given back to me on the 16th July. On the 17th July - my Mahindra was taken back to the same service centre for an extreme water leak and no power at all. To date I have not received my vehicle back and do not have a loan vehicle. No one can tell me what is going on and how long it will take to fix.

This vehicle is within its Warranty - 150 000km or 3 years.

How would I like this to be rectified: Guarantee that my vehicle can be fixed to new vehicle standards (as it is a new vehicle - with 16 000kms on the clock) or replace vehicle. I also would like a loan vehicle with a tow bar for the duration of time its going to take to get my vehicle fixed or decisions have to be made.

Please can someone help.

I’ve spoken to the customer, told her that we did get the special tool to do timing on her fuel pump and that hopefully her vehicle will be ready by Monday.
Thank you

No update today, regarding receiving my vehicle. My business has lost YET ANOTHER client as a result. This is not funny. My business relies on this vehicle to operate. Are you able to give me a vehicle as a replacement (with a tow bar) for the meantime?

I got the vehicle back at the end of August and was still not happy with the performance, so I took it for a Dyno test which proved the vehicle was not performing at maximum power. It was under powered and the torque was not correct and the kw's were way below. I took the vehicle back to Raceview and they had it for another couple of weeks. I got it back on the 19th September and took it for another test and the performance was still not great, but better. Since then the vehicle has been back for a water leak, and is not sitting back at Raceview with an oil leak. The message I received today is that they are replacing a seal and will then send the pump in to see if the timing on the pump is correct. This vehicle has 18745 km's on it, and I've faced all these problems. Surely the correct action to take would be to replace the vehicle? I've lost earnings, customers and suppliers, not even mentioning the time and expense I've incurred taking the vehicle back on a regular basis
