Bad Service!!!

After traveling to Joburg from Cape Town to purchase a car from Raceview Motors I was very disappointed to find out that the car I had bought with only 19 000kms obviously had a problem. The clutch is gone. I sent emails to management asking what would be done about this - DID NOT EVEN GET A REPLY FROM MANAGEMENT. Salesman just rep**** saying they don't cover clutches. Very bad service - just another reason not to buy from second hand dealers. THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED!!!
