Amazing service

I am more than pleased. The receptionist absolutely set the tone. First time I called. She took my number for the service department to phone me back. A day later she phoned me just to check if they returned my call which they did. On the day of the service I phoned to arrange for someone to collect my car. She recognized my voice and confirmed my number she still had. She then phoned me back snd transferred me to the correct person within minutes.

The service guy is a bit of an off ball. I take him to not be a people person. But effective non the less.

And when I got my car, there were a small pack of candy and a thank you note.......I mean who the heck does that lol

I’ve dealt with various Honda dealerships who were good. And Porsche in Sandton that is an absolute disgrace to dealership service standards everywhere by the way. BUT HAVAL ALBERTON IS BY FAR THE BEST CLIENT SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED WITH A CAR SERVICE
