It was my first time selling a used vehicle so I was a little nervous about the process. The consultant Kaylen was really friendly and patient with me in explaining the process (a few times) so that I could be at ease. He was available for all my questions and answered them timeously. Overall, I went from being nervous about the process to calm and satisfied with the overall experience.
