Worst Rental Experience

This is the worst rental experience I have had. I rented an apartment at Homage and the experience was just horrible. There were quite a few burglaries during my stay. The last one happened to be a unit just a few doors away from mine. The noise is a huge issue as it is not controlled. This is loud and noisy children during the day, and noisy rowdy adults at night. Parking was a huge issue as at first no bays were allocated. Out of nowhere the enforcing of bay allocation happened and threats of fines or straight up not allowing a person to park inside happened. Then they did not have enough bays to allocate so people just ended up parking on the side making maneuvering very difficult. Delivery drivers would be from time to time denied access inside forcing you to collect it at the gate. This would never be directly communicated so you would just never know. On communication, this was hardly a thing. Communication was very very poor. Then to the deposit. There are weird and wild charges that they call "Reinstatement and cleaning" this is just thumb sucked amounts that they charge off your deposit. Without valid proof or evidence. Lastly, the lease is just impossible to get out of if you've signed for a year.
