Worst property rental company

If I could give zero stars I would. I am so glad my lease is almost up so that I can finally leave this place. I have been dealing with the same issue for months. My utilities billing is wrong, I have been over charged for months. I have send multiple emails but no one responds or says it has been escalated to the relevant team and no one ever contacts you back. If you call the customer care line they just promise to ring back but no one does. If you don't pay what they say you owe you receive threats that your fibre would be cut off which of course I need for work. I have been renting from different companies for years around randburg and atleast the others do you the decency of responding back.
