Very very bad management and service
I paid R13,000 to these guys and now they dont want to refund my money They say i need to pay rent for a place i didnt even stay at not even one day please help this is my story
I went to melbec and i liked their units, i wanted to stay there for work purposes and i signed the lease with them 3days later they reallocated me at work the i then sent an email to the Quorum Group telling them i no longer need their accomodation, i didnt even move in to their place i then returned their keys the securty guy knew i didnt even stay there and never touched their staff now the group management is refusing to give me my money back they say i must pay a penalty fee at a place i never even stayed at, please anyone who knows how to handle this type of situation please advice thanks
1. You have signed the lease agreement, a contractual obligation which is no different to any other contract entered into and suffice to say are bound by the terms therein.2. There are certain opportunity costs associated with such a premature breach of the agreement which have now heavily disadvantaged the property manager. 3.
