Very Horrible experience
I rate them 0,00
I’m writing this to warn anyone who’s thinking about living at Clark on Kent under Quorum management — please don’t do it. It was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life.
First of all, they don’t pay back your deposit. They tell you it’s used to “clean the apartment” for the next person, which makes no sense and is completely unfair.
Secondly, the management is terrible. They don’t care about people’s needs — all they care about is money. As long as you’re paying rent, they’re fine, but when you have issues, they disappear.
I also had a serious problem with my ceiling, which started forming white substances. It affected my health, and when I reported it, they did absolutely nothing. They didn’t care about my wellbeing — just about collecting their money.
Their rules are ridiculous too. Ubers aren’t allowed inside, so even if you’re carrying heavy groceries or it’s late at night, you have to walk from the gate. That’s not just inconvenient — it’s unsafe especially for a women.
Quorum has no regard for tenant safety, health, or comfort. Living there was a nightmare, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Please, do not move into Clark on Kent — save yourself the stress, the health issues, and the disappointment.
- Deposit and Account Reconciliation:
You have recently vacated, and your account is currently being reconciled. The deposit serves to cover any potential damages or outstanding fees upon departure, which is standard practice in the rental industry and outlined in your lease agreement. Once your account has been reconciled, any credit balance will be paid to your nominated bank account. - Maintenance Requests:
Our records reflect that you reported ceiling work in your apartment, and maintenance personnel was sent to perform the required work. We encourage all tenants to continue reporting any maintenance concerns so that we can address them promptly. - Uber and Security Protocols:
Ubers are permitted to enter the premises. However, as part of our safety and security procedures, all drivers are required to sign in and out. We apologise if this protocol was not properly followed during your deliveries. We will share your feedback with our security team to ensure consistency going forward.
