********ly forced not to vacate from Drivelines

I am lawfully forced to stay in my unit even after i have terminated my lease , my lease had expired on 31st of May 2022 , I have submitted a late notice on 31st of May 2022 , prior to that I was already billed for new month in June 2022, I am forced to stay in a unit which I want to relocate , they don't want to release me with my furniture , the property management says I need to pay rental amount invoiced for new month before I can vacate even I have committed to make arrangement to pay it .
