Unhappy with the service as our rights as tenants are being violated

I have been in Forest View since March, but have completed maintenance form over 5 times with no luck of getting the service I’m paying for and have addressed below matters with no luck of yeti g any help since my WhatsApp are been responded like I’m talking to an AI: 1. I have proved that I’m getting paid on the 7th of each month but still get threatening emails, penalties. Nothing is been done with this while I mentioned this prior to lease signing 2. I am paying for parking while I do not have a car and they not willing to remove the parking billing on my lease 3. My unit is installed with a gas cylinder but still getting billed for a metered gas which is removed and not sure how they got to the billed amount 4. The WhatsApp administrators refused with their names and never had a solution 5. Tried to terminate my lease but was informed of a drastically two months of rental fee required while they are failing to give he service I am paying for
