The UNISON is a ****.
They always respond with lies that I bridged my lease agreement. My contract was ending in October. And I moved out end of the contract according to the lease but they demanded me to pay for another ful month rent including utilities and sewer that I didn't even use. They blocked me to move out demanding me to give a 30days notice while my contract has finished. On top of that they charged me R2000 for cleaning my flat that I also hired they're cleaner to clean which I paid them from my pocket. When I asked they about the cleaning issue they ignored me as usual. You guys always ****ming people with your apartments you did the same with my other 2 friends. I feel sorry for people who still stay in these UNISON apartment. Your are so unprofessional and with very rude manager.
- It is only fair, that with any contract, that adequate notice is given. Unfortunately, you failed to provide adequate notice as per the contract you signed. Utilities are billed 2 months in arrears and so the utilization is probable, and the billing is justified.
- Your unit was fairly inspected and unfortunately due to the condition of the unit, reinstatement and cleaning costs were justified.
- We encourage you to treat others with respect as your correspondence has always been aggressive and unruly.
- We are taken back by your post as you expressed contentment with our company when we refunded what was left of your deposit after your reinstatement & cleaning costs.
