The Unison complex

In my 2 year stay (and counting) of living at The Unison I have had a good experience. Moving in without furniture I got a fully furnished unit, less worry about sleeping on the floor and sitting on camping chairs. The location is literally footsteps from important amenities: department of labour, vehicle licensing department, Randburg clinic, SARS, and two shopping complexes. The maintenance team is easy to get hold of, by email, WhatsApp, direct calls, reception, and caretaker. Last month the electric plugs went off at my unit (probably affected by power surges during loadshedding) and they were fixed within 2 days of having contacted maintenance. I find these most important to me, and of cause there are things I don't like such as high noise levels on weekends (common in most complexes). The security normally visit noise-makers and address any issues. As a person who minds their own business, I find the place pretty good to live at and my only reason for moving out would be to find a bigger space.
