The Ox unstable high rental
The Ox to be specific, do I not have renr rhat keeps going up each month from paying 7800 with all the extras it sky rocketed to 8500 as if I am staying in a complex somewhere.No one wants ri give me proper answers there is always this heat pump recovery that doesnt make sense.Also no ome answers phone,poor mamagemnt with nowhere ro actually direct the complaints, did I mention how rude the staff is.I am so unhappy it is beyond words, also the fact that the is only one cleaner in the name of cutting costs the place is dirty, if you guys arent aware you are losing tenants.

I have just investigated your concerns and your metered charges have been double checked and were found to be correct. Unfortunately, this comes down to consumption. It is very common that in the winter months, as the temperature decreases, we tend to see an increase in hot water consumption across the majority of units.
With regards to the cleanliness of the block, our new facilities manager, Tyron, is busy working on all the previous issues and we trust that he will have all our residential buildings in tip top shape in no time. We have passed on your comments to him as well.
