Terrible property managers

Honestly the customer service sucks people hardly ever respond on the WhatsApp and no one answers their phone lines no matter how long you stay on the line. They hardly ever attend issues I’ve had a broken cupboard, window, sliding door, and plug since I moved in 2023 and no one has attended to those issues since, I’ve even given up on following up. Also if your planning on moving here just know the rent increases almost every other month, you won’t have yearly increase like normal rental properties.
