Quorum property management fails dismally

I have been living in a building owned/managed by Qurum for almost a year and it is an absolute nightmare. delve deeper on Main and Delvers street. There is constant water cuts, no security during the day, one of the tenants, a neighbour had his flat broken into during load shedding and no additional security measures were app****. The trash piles up all weekend, we can't even open doors due to flies. The maintenance is always such a challenge for even the smallest of things. A plug can take more than three months to be replaced. Blocked drains and such are given no mind. Quorum does not care about its tenants, just in it to make bucks.
