Persistent Maintenance Issues, Health and Safety Concerns, Lack of Accountability,

Living at Homage, managed by Quorum Holdings, has been a nightmare. For over two months, a persistent roof leak has plagued our unit, despite multiple repair attempts. This poses a health and safety risk to my family. I requested relocation to a vacant unit within their properties, but new tenants were placed there instead. Our need for a safe home was ignored. Quorum Holdings’ lack of action and disregard for tenant well-being is deeply concerning. I can’t recommend renting from them.

Overall Experience While Quorum Holdings presents itself as an idealistic, people-focused property company, my experience at Homage has unfortunately not lived up to these promises. The lack of timely resolution to a serious maintenance issue, combined with the apparent disregard for tenant well-being and relocation requests, has resulted in a disappointing and stressful living situation. I would caution potential tenants to carefully consider their options and thoroughly investigate the actual living conditions and management responsiveness before committing to a Quorum Holdings property.
