Living at The Homage
I’ve stayed at The Homage long enough to speak honestly about the experience, and if you’re considering moving in, I hope this helps you make an informed decision. First, the building quality leaves a lot to be desired. When it rains, water seeps through the walls and even comes in under the door, which is not only inconvenient but raises serious concerns about the overall structural integrity of the place. It genuinely feels like the construction was rushed just to get tenants in quickly, without proper attention to durability, waterproofing, or long-term safety. What makes it worse is the sense that residents’ safety was an afterthought. For the longest time, the entrance to the building did not have proper security. It took multiple complaints and frustrated tenants before management even considered installing biometrics at the gate, something that should have been standard from day one. And even then, the system was installed prematurely and doesn’t function the way it should. When you’re paying for accommodation, you expect to feel safe and live in a building built with care. Unfortunately, The Homage falls short in both areas. The lack of maintenance, poor construction, and reactive rather than proactive approach to tenant concerns make the experience stressful instead of comfortable. I truly hope management takes these issues seriously, because the potential is there, but right now, the reality does not match what tenants are promised or paying for.
