Lease Cancellation
My lease inception date was on the 1st of April.I have been trying to get hold of the rental agents or head office at the Homage to let them know that I would like to cancel my lease and I would like to serve notice of 1 month starting from June . However no one is giving me a direct answer.One of the agents said that I will have to pay an amount of R10300 before I move out ,so what’s the use of serving notice ???another one is saying a different story !! I keep getting different responses from the agents honestly this is frustrating they don’t answer their emails ,calls or WhatsApp !Their customer service sucks honestly .I regret moving in to this place
