I can not move my furniture out, I do not have a copy of the lease and have not been allowed to make arrangements of the lease termination penalty which is 2 months rental

I'm so annoyed dealing with the Quorum Holdings people. The level of unprofessionalism is so pathetic, My daughter and her mom have been living at one of the units in Randburg called The Ox.

The unit is under my name and I have have no assistance whatsoever in resolving my issues, A notice was put through end of August 2022 we have had no luck to find a solution as the lease agreement is terminated before time which we have been told that there is a 2 months penalty. I have requested to make payment arrangement without any luck from their legal team which are just threatening me with being blacklisted. They keep on referring to the lease which was signed online and I have asked them for the copy which they keep saying it was sent to me but I never got it.

Can someone please assist, Some of the things are still at the flat as they refuse to let the movers come remove the stuff without the clearance letter.

If there was an option for a no star on this, I would definitely add it.
