I am disappointed

I've run my small business full time for some years and I've just had the worst 6 week sales cycle ever since the pandemic. We have experienced so many zero-days across all sales channels and it has now seriously impacted our personal finances in a very bad way. From the start of the year we have had to adjust our projections and constantly innovate just to survive in the hope to ride out the economic downturn.

What has this to do with Quoram Property Management you ask: Well, over the better part of the past 6 years we as a family have made a home in one of their properties and because of the bad patch that we've hit, I don't know if we will continue our stay beyond this week as we are 2 months in arrears so I want to take time and show my gratitude for the opportunity afforded to us to make a home in a Qliving property and to say thank you for the patiences and that they have shown us over the years.

Quoram Property Management in a profit making business probably with shareholders who expect a return on their investment and it's a next to impossible balance for property managers to make tenants comfortable and happy while keeping the board satisfied and I think the secret Quoram has is staff members that are actually people with functional hearts that see both sides and care.

I don't know where we will be by the end of this week like said earlier but my heart is full of gratitude, when we moved in my daughter was 3 and on the 8th of this month she turn 9 years old making this the only home she has known throughout her most of her formative. I will greatly miss the many free extra that we have enjoyed over the years (partly why we stayed this long) the fully equipped gym, the wifi (oh the sweet free unlimited wifi) secure covered parking and generous kids play spaces plus the friendly staff.

Thank you so much Quarum. We will forever be grateful, may we not be the only ones to enjoy your beautiful spaces. I am disappointed it came to this.
