Horrible management
I’ve been renting from them for 6 years in total. Disappointed with how they handle the noise in the building. A large percentage of the tenants are well behaved and adhere to the rules. Some not so much. Communication is minimal. There’s a reluctance to resolve issues. Emails have been written to lay complaints. You’ll have said tenants screaming and making noise in the corridors and ba*****t at odd hours of the night, with no consideration for those that have to work. Some go as far as disrespecting the caretaker and the security team. (Heard of a knife incident)
Said tenant has gotten away with so much. Quorum is well aware. They issue warnings and fines but never get rid of these disruptive tenants. (Small group of 10 at most)
A small group of us, have written mails hoping for some resolute. Yet, nothing. This company has done nothing. They don’t seem to care about their tenants. Some great tenants have left due to this issue.
The ox apartments is such a nice and lovely building block. It’s unfortunate the management company doesn’t seem to care. You will write mails and complain to security. Yet nothing much happens besides fines and warnings.
If you are keen on renting here. You might want to read reviews first.
- We take noise complaints seriously; however enforcement is often challenging. To this extent we remain fair, unbiased, and committed to enforcing the rules, ensuring there is consequence for those that contravene them.
- Our security team handles all complaints within their authority.
- We've made efforts to address your concerns, including but not limited to, in-person discussions and messaging to reach an amicable resolution.
- While we understand your frustrations, there is no quick fix to this issue.

Enforcement isn’t challenging. Quorum just values the bottom line- MONEY. The fact that said tenants are able to say to us; they pay rent, as though we don’t and continue being disruptive. Is a clear indication that paying and co-operative tenants aren’t valued.
Instead, we must shut up or be offered options to move. As though our money isn’t valuable.
The festive season is upon us. Some of us will be working throughout. Whilst your offices will close. We will most likely be dealing with these tenants. Specifically, the one mentioned above.
Again, we aren’t considered. The security team and caretaker do a great job. It is the management team that does not take our complaints seriously. None of the things discussed in person(once-off)were implemented. Let’s not forget Quorum does not even want face-face interaction with their tenants. Everything is automated. WhatsApp or mail, if you’re lucky to get a response.
I have no further discourse, except some form of decisive action needs to be taken.
Regards
