Horrible experience

I live at the unison and nothing works. The north block did not have water this morning. The corridors are constantly dirty, the washing machines and dryers in the north block have not been working for over a month. The place is just horrible.

The water issue is linked to the municipality, and the matter has been resolved. Just a note, the municipal water issues are out of control despite our best efforts to manage them.
We will notify our cleaning service provider about your concerns and ensure that all corridors are consistently maintained to a high standard.
We are aware of the issue with the washing machines and dryers. This has been escalated to our supplier, and we are actively working with them to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.

We fully understand the urgency of the unresolved matters and are committed to addressing them. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve these concerns.
