HORRIBLE
You will not get your deposit or any refunds due. You are in for a roller coaster!!! Very pathetic. You call them , email and whatsapp them, just know they will not give you your deposit back.

It is now 4 months later and so we were left confused as to the merit of your post.
That being said, we endeavoured to re-open your file and be in touch with you as a measure of good standing.
This was completed on 28 January 2025 and unfortunately there are still arrears owed after reconciling your account. Many thanks,The Q Living Team
