Just like many have already said. This company is a nigthmare, DO NOT EVER THINK OF STAYING ANYWHERE MANAGED BY THEM (especially 304 Oak Avenue)

The lease clearly states that your deposit will be paid back within 14 working days from the start of the month that you have left. Today is 22nd on Nov (I moved out on 25 Oct by the way), and I still don't have my deposit. This is absolutely unacceptable and starting to border on a breach of contract! Worst living experience and service ever!!!
