Deposit refund challenges
Struggling to get my deposit refunded I moved out of a unit at The Ox on the 30th of November 2023 and I still haven’t received my deposit refund. When I follow up they either respond with excuses or ignore my emails and calls. Horrible horrible service!

As previously explained, our offices were closed over the Festive Season.
We had to request the old move in files from storage and these have now been delivered to us.
It is not our intention to frustrate you, but to be fair to you with regards to you refund.
