Crazy increasing utility bill!!

I am one of their tenants in forest views, i have been concerned with the water bill increase for the past 2months. I have been their tenant for a year and 5 months however the past 2 months my water bill increased from 200 to 800!!! When i send emails or call their phone, theres no answer. I am very much shock that my utilities bill increased from 850 to 1600. I need answers of which they never respond. I have also escalated this issue with the rentals ombudsman. These people are unbelievable paying 8000 for a small 1 bedroom really!
