Complaint Regarding Building Manager's Conduct and Security Issues

I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the conduct of our new building manager and his assistantat the Unison, Jonathan and Nosipho, and issues with the morning and daytime security.

Jonathan and Nosipho have been regularly abusing their powers by imposing fines for activities that are well within the allowed hours and not causing any disturbance. For instance, they have been sending the security guards instructing residents to turn off their music or TVs during weekends and midday, which goes against the established rules regarding quiet hours. This has created an unpleasant living environment, especially during our leisure time.

Furthermore, they have been misrepresenting noise levels during their viewings over the weekends, creating unnecessary conflicts with residents. This not only disrupts our daily lives but also misrepresents the community to potential tenants. We believe in fostering a positive living experience for everyone.

Additionally, there have been persistent issues with the morning and daytime security. Their absence from their posts has resulted in delays for children trying to catch their school transport. This recurring problem is affecting the punctuality of the children and causing inconvenience to parents.

We kindly request that you address these matters promptly to ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents. We believe in upholding the community standards and rules while respecting our rights to enjoy our homes during appropriate hours.
