Bad Treatment
So this Q Living company just terminated my lease without notice of mission one month rent, when I explained to them that I lost my phone and they took all my salary I could not even pay my car. This has made me depressed and being suicidal, I'm currently in a Mental Health Hospital and being told I must vacate the apartment with immediate effect, what kind of an organization is this? Treating tenants like animals and ******

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed the full history of your correspondence with QLiving, and we appreciate your engagement. While we understand your circumstances, we have been unable to contact you via phone, through your employer, or the medical facility where you were admitted, despite our repeated attempts.
As outlined in the signed lease agreement, rental payments are due on the 1st of each month. Our office made several attempts to reach you prior to your admittance into the medical facility, but we did not receive a response. Additionally, your message dated 17 April 2025 indicated that the rental payment would be made on the 25th, but no payment or proof of payment has been received.
Please be advised that without cooperation, we are unable to assist you in resolving this matter.
