Bad customer service.

I have had the worst experience at the Unison 304 oak avenue. I moved in early this year and I’ve been complaining about the same thing almost every day without any resolution.

1. I did not have hot water for 3 months, since June, spent the whole winter bathing with cold water.

2. I was charged for hot water every month while I did not have it. When I asked no one was able to give me the answers. Managers acknowledged that there was an issue at my unit but I was still charged for something I did not have.

3. I have sent server queries regarding the conditions of my room and no one was able to assist.

4. I had your mangers lock my room by mistake without even communicating with me. They “thought” my acc was not up to date. I have to provide proof of payments to show that I have never missed a payment. They acknowledged that they made a mistake.

5. I’m getting charged a huge amount of money for services I don’t even get and no one was able to explain it to me.

Now that I have been battling with these issues without being assisted. I decided to move out.

I got a call from your agents stating that I should stay until February next year, as per the lease agreement.

I don’t think it’s fair to expect me to pay 5.6k every mount for a service I don’t even get. You failed to assist me now that I want to leave, I’m being threatened. I need you guys to resolve this and allow me to move out because I am not seeing any value for my money!!

You don’t care about your tenants and their concerns. Your customer service is poor . And no one should be forced to pay for something they are not happy about.
