3on4 Oak poor property management

Reported a leaking window in December at 3On4 Oak Randburg. 4 months later its still not fixed, property manager is rude, sent email to Quorum management they promised to send someone when no one showed up they did not respond to my emails thereafter. Do not rent from this company a lot of other tenants are also complaining.
