304 oak ave, Quorum properties

I am a tenant at 304 oak ave, Ferndale... In one of Quorum properties building, I have been here for a while now... Their DStv connection doesn't work, they did not tell me this before I signed the contract and I had already paid for my DStv and got an installer who want free only to tell me that the building's connection doesn't work... Other tenants are complaining, are even threatening to not pay rent end of January until they fix the DStv connection... I lost out on a whole monthly subscription of R1000 and R350 on an installer... I pay way too much on my rent to not be able to watch DStv that is **** and unprofessional
