Poor Support

I experienced challenges with the level of support provided through Quinn Pay’s customer support channels.

When issues arose, I logged support tickets as required, however responses were often significantly delayed, and in some cases I did not receive timely feedback to help resolve urgent matters. This made it difficult to get clarity and move our operations forward when we needed assistance.

As a business relying on payment processing services, we expected more consistent communication and faster resolution times, especially when dealing with time-sensitive payment-related queries.

In my experience, the support process did not meet the responsiveness we anticipated based on the service offering. Improving response times and ensuring more proactive communication with merchants would significantly enhance the overall client experience.

Dear Kevin,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

We respectfully disagree with several aspects of your review, as our records do not support the statement that support tickets were ignored or left unresolved.

According to our support system, you have raised a total of seven support tickets. Of these, four have been closed and resolved, while the remaining tickets have been actively attended to and escalated where required.

For clarity:• Ticket #20737 related to an automated notification from CIPC regarding company information that required updating.• Ticket #22103 was submitted on 26 May 2026 at 06:05 by your wife requesting onboarding onto the new FNB DebiCheck facility. Quinn Pay responded within 3 minutes with the list of required documents required to proceed. To date, we have not received the requested documentation or any further response from your side.• On 28 May 2026, you reported a debit order that was in a Tracking status. This ticket was acknowledged and escalated to Capital Software within 17 minutes of receipt.

As previously communicated, Capital Software is the registered Third-Party Payment Provider (TPPP) responsible for processing collections and obtaining responses from the banking network. We have repeatedly advised merchants, including yourself, to copy Capital Software directly on such matters to ensure the fastest possible resolution.

At present, we have no outstanding support tickets from your account awaiting action by Quinn Pay.

We fully appreciate that the ongoing collection and settlement issues experienced between Capital Software and Nedbank have created frustration for affected merchants.

However, it is important to note that Quinn Pay is not a TPPP and is therefore neither permitted nor able to process collections, receive banking responses, or perform merchant settlements. Our role has been to actively assist merchants by escalating matters, facilitating communication, and pursuing resolutions with the responsible parties.

We welcome constructive feedback and remain committed to providing assistance through our official support channels. However, we also believe that public reviews should accurately reflect the facts and the documented actions taken.

Based on our records, your support requests were responded to and escalated appropriately, and we are not aware of any outstanding support matters currently awaiting action from Quinn Pay.

Kind regards,The Quinn Pay Team
