Windscreen Replacement Insurance Claim

I put in a claim with Quicksure to replace my cracked windscreen on my Toyota Prado. I was contacted by Lizann Muller, the Windscreen Claims Technician within a few days of lodging this claim. For certain reasons, I was not completely satisfied with the specifications of the windscreen that was supecified for my claim. At her request, I sent her an email stating the reasons for my specific requirements, which she negotiated with management. A day later, I received a call from the installers to make an appointment to have the requested windshield installed in my vehicle at my home.
