Vehicle Insurance
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Samantha Walker from Quicksure Insurance. After a very stressful experience where another driver collided with my vehicle, I found myself being passed from one broker to another and dealing with multiple companies without receiving clear answers or direction. Samantha was a breath of fresh air. She provided clear, consistent feedback throughout the process, explained every step in a way that was easy to understand, and always kept me informed. Her efficiency, professionalism, and genuine empathy made a difficult situation much easier to manage. Thanks to Samantha's guidance and support, I was finally able to navigate and finalise the claims process with confidence. Her commitment to excellent customer service truly stands out, and I am incredibly grateful for the assistance she provided. Thank you, Samantha, for your dedication, compassion, and exceptional service.

Disempowering and anti-consumer claims process
My experience with Quicksure has been nothing short of infuriating. After my phone was ****** in a violent incident, I still comp**** with every requirement, submitted all documents promptly, and followed every step in good faith, all while recovering from the trauma. Nearly a month later, I remain without a replacement device, not because of any fault on my part but due to Quicksure’s rigid, bureaucratic processes. Instead of the straightforward cash payout I clearly requested, I was issued a restrictive “ClaimsCard” that cannot be used online or combined with my own funds in-store. This system traps clients’ money and removes all flexibility to replace essential items. Insurance should ease recovery, not amplify distress. Quicksure’s approach has been unclear, disempowering, and frankly, anti-consumer.
