VERY BAD SERVICE FROM QUICKSURE
My vehicle insured through Quicksure broke down last night. I called Road side assistance this morning @ 11:05 (in a safe place, so even tried to save them a cost of calling at night). I was told by Lucky that my policy ( policy number not even linked to my name, had to use my id number) is inactive. I can get a tow in but have to pay myself. My premiums are up to date. (***) I called Coenraad on his cell. He told me to call the office. OBVIOUSLY no answer as it is a Sunday!!!! Called him back and asked him to phone a Friend, as I need assistance. It is now 14: 40 and even after an sms he has still not responded. I am concerned as we have 4 vehicles insured there in this household and homeowners insurance... What if it was an emergency or far from anywhere? This is REALLY bad service! Even if you are 800km away Call somebody to assist your customer! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND Quicksure TO ANYBODY AND WILL REVIEW MY POLICY ON MONDAY.
The policy number, linked to the identity number you have quoted, is in the name of Barnard and that policy was cancelled at the end of August 2015, at the request of the insured.
The reference 229992 you have quoted is a policy number in the name of Makwala.
If the above information was given to Roadside Assistance it would appear that Lucky was quite correct in informing you that the policy is inactive.
I am, however, requesting Coenraad to phone you to try and establish if you do have a policy in force.
