Useless Service.

So my Insurance broker (Omni Sure) moved underwriters in 2019 to Quick sure and so far it has been the most useless service I have ever seen when you want to remove an Item off your insurance they move you to a different (bracket) and then your premium goes sky high, now that actually want to use the service that I pay them for they want to give me a R12000 excess on a R16000 claim how ridicules is that please if someone has the same issue let me know I am going to open a case with the short term insurance ombudsman.
