Unhappy with the Service

On the 19th February 2020 my car got hit by an iron this iron flew from a truck of Mark Dell and hit my car on the head lamp and broke the fan belt. I immediately stopped the car and reported the matter to my insurance Quick sure and they sent Autor-ecovery to take the car because it was not drivable. Following day the 20th February 2020 i went to Fleet Police Station to report the accident then sent all the documentation to my insurance and they arranged a courtesy car for me for 60 days as per my contract. After 3 weeks i was contacted by the panel beaters asking if my car battery is flat i told them that my battery is fine but the car is unable to move since the fan belt broke in the accident , the told me that the assessor made a mistake did not mention the damages on the engine which include fan belt i said they must contact my Insurance because they have been given the job by them not me. Whilst my car was with them then there was lockdown and it got locked there without being completed. My courtesy car period got expired and my insurance extended it at their own cost until today the 15 June 2020. My serious problem is i have not got my car back and the insurance did not extend the courtesy car so now i am left inconvenienced bear in mind i am an essential worker and i use my car to travel from where i stay to work every day and the distance is 140 kilometres return trip, i am so devastated now and all i need is a courtesy car to drive until my car comes back. I have told Simone who is handling my case that this is not fair at my side because if the car was assessed correctly i shouldv'e got it back way before the lock down start.
